Terms

• What you get: a website for your home at your chosen web address, built from your REALTOR.ca listing, live within about a day of payment and kept online while your home is for sale and for a period after it sells.
• One-time fee. No subscription. Nothing is ever billed again.
• We own and host the domain. Local Media Concepts Inc. registers your chosen web address in its own name and pays for hosting. We never renew at your cost; whether we keep the address after the sale is our choice.
• Your listing agent stays the contact. Every page names your agent and brokerage, and all buyer enquiries go to them.
• Refunds: a full refund if you ask within 10 days of paying, for any reason. Email support@neighbourhood.homes with your receipt number.
• The site uses your listing's facts and photos, credited to the brokerage. We take it down if your agent or brokerage asks.

• .homes: $50
• .casa: $50
• .living: $50
• .ca: $60
• .com: $60

You may cancel for a full refund within 10 days of paying, without giving a reason, by emailing support@neighbourhood.homes with your receipt number. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, within 15 days of your request. If you cancel, we take the site down; the domain stays with us.
